We are excited to announce our first collaborative dinner with agustine zegers.

agustine is a Chilean artist/writer and bacterial community. They use text, olfaction, and ritual in their practice to address the im/material flows of ecological collapse. They are currently based in NYC where they work at a perfume studio and maintain a sand-colored bedroom. For the collaboration with Rillette on Toast, we will concoct soft bridges between fragrance and flavor, experiencing botanical and synthetic tastes in unexpected forms and textures.
